As you can see okra does contain a bit of calcium, it is quite sweet, it contains a hint of fat. However it does contain a very good amount of vitamin c which is great for guinea pigs.
This means that guinea pigs can eat okra but only one to two times a week due to its sugar and calcium content. But otherwise it is very good for guinea pigs.
